Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 4β10 pm. Note that it does not open on Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (916) 661-6186. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 121 reviews, which is a strong result for a hot pot in Sacramento and suggests consistent service.

Are you crazy?! Hot Pot, KBBQ and Sushi! Yes it was their soft opening and everything is on point. A much needed addition to the Arden area! They want you to focus on hotpot and leave the kbbq to them! They kept up with our crazy group of 35 (5 kids). Food kept coming and coming! No camera did not eat first this time cuz we got that 2hr limit I have to come back just to take pictures They have precooked area with fry foods station, veggies station and hot pot fixings. Flow of foot traffic isn't bad. Service was good they kept checking on us too! Will definitely come back!

This is one of my favorite hot pot places now! The owner is so sweet and most of the time she's single handedly taking care of everyone. The quality of the soup broths, the meat, and all the self serve veggies and sides is a par above anywhere else in Sacramento. The interior is spacious with lots of tables, clean, and comfortable. It is a single pot style so everyone gets their own preferences. They have so many flavors of broths and some I've never heard of or tried. I highly recommend the coconut pork and the winter melon with scallop broths! They also have a large variety of side dishes to add to your hot pot which includes many seafood, veggies, noodles, etc. they even have some pickled things over by the drink fountain (which is self serve). You're really getting bang for your buck here. Look, I know this is a sketch part of Stockton blvd especially at night but I guarantee you won't regret it!

The service here was incredible and made me feel welcomed. Our server, Alex, was extraordinarily kind and helpful. It was our first time at hot pot, so he walked us through it. The food was delicious. I got the miso soup base, and it was super flavorful. The self-serve bar is clean and easy to use. You can also create your own sauces. There are also fountain drinks included with the all-you-can-eat option. I wasnβt a huge fan of the seaweed salad or kimchi, but the rest of the food definitely makes up for it. The store was also incredibly clean and a super nice environment. I wish they were in a better location so more people could find this gem. Great experience.

We are here for lunch with friends for a total of 9 people. They gave us a big room which can accommodate more than 12 people. Our server is very nice and friendly. They ordered a variety of soup bases to choose from. Some meats are only available for dinner time, however, I think the meat choices for lunch time are sufficient for me. The beef, lamb, and pork are all very fresh. The salad bar has a lot of side dishes that are also yummy. At the end, they gave us the deep fried bun with condensed milk and sesame balls as dessert. Kids enjoyed the lunch too. Will come back again.

This is my first time here as they are newly opened. Thereβs many options of broth. I got the tum yum and it was pretty good. The place is clean but a little crowded. They have self serve soft drinks (unlimited). Each person can order two choice of meat at a time. I love it but there isnβt much veggies and meat options. Besides the less variety, everything else is good.
